" I received a call yesterday from the customer and he did get ahold of a technician at Ag Center in Hutchinson, KS. that walked him through programming and got his swather running. Our service manager brought a service manual up to the parts counter and we looked at the procedure to program the swather also. The customer was very grateful for the assistance from Breizelec (Dan and Anthony) to get his unit running !

" Very pleased with working with Breizelec, we had a CCM module that wasn’t available anymore and had sent to 3 different places to get repaired and nobody could repair it or either it wasn’t repairable. However, Breizelec took the time to figure out a fix for the problem and got it repaired and tractor is working great again.
